We’ve been back for more than a week now and have just about recovered from the flight back from Hong Kong. Thirteen and a half hours is a long time to spend on an airplane. After watching five films one after another you start to suffer from cinema fatigue to add to the indigestion that arises from a succession of airline meals. However, the cold weather is already a bit wearing. I can understand the attraction of emigrating to warmer climes.
It’s a bit strange being at home after two months travelling around. It makes you feel a bit restless, as though you should be out and about rather than sitting in. However, we’ll be submerged in Christmas arrangements for a bit, and I’ve agreed with Chris to do the Lowestoft Christmas Day Swim again so I’ll have to rustle up some sponsors. Then we can start planning our next trip!
Happy Christmas
